They had a keytar on eBay that was “obo” I shot them an offer and they never responded. Next notification I get is that the item was sold. They never declined my offer and gave me the chance to bid higher. Poor customer service and they could have made more money had they let me bid higher. Makes me sick.

Same people and same owner further up the road on route 13. This shop is bigger but still filled with items from the broke and desperate. This is a Rip You Off Pawn Shop except they smile as they rip you off. If you know better. Prices on what they sell are about 20% higher than what you'd find for them on ebay. If you want to pawn something their interests rates are super high and you can't pay down to get your item out only renew or get your items out. Selling an item they'll low ball you say $50 bucks for a $600 item even if it's new. I'll say it once and say it again Ebay or Craigslist your stuff if you need money. This is another place to nickel and dime people that are down and out. All they'll do is take your stuff and sell it on eBay and make money off your stupidity. Be Smart and Avoid! The owner is also a Trump supporting moron.

I watched these people put an elderly woman in complete tears as she tried to pawn some jewelery she probably had for years of her life. These looked to be antique jewelery pieces but that didn't stop them from trying to give this lady next to nothing for a necklace that was probably worth $2,000 to $3,000. It was quite sickening how heartless and cold these people were to that elderly woman. They knew the jewelery was worth way more than what they were trying to give that lady but they just seemed interested in trying to take advantage of her. That's not business that's completely criminal in my book. I told the woman of a jewelry store up the highway that could give her a better appraisal for her necklaces. It was really disgusting to witness something like that. This place will never get my business again. They showed their true colors that day.

They have always treated me with respect and courtesy . I have made several purchases with them and it's always pleasant . Some of these people doing reviews might be rating their own nasty attitude .

Everyone has always been polite and willing to work out a deal. They dont get upset or mean if you change your mind on something or if you ask questions. I would ( and have) recommend them to a lot of people.

Complete unprofessionalism, brought in an iMac for a short term pawn that was at least worth 250.00. Young guy comes out to look at it and proceeds to talk to the other guy looking at it , that "these things,meaning the iMac, are about worthless these days , he said that he could buy them all day on EBAY for 50 $ or 60 $" ! He then offers me 125.00 I need the money for now and I know I will buy it back in a week or two ,so I agree. After about five mins of fumbling around in the OS to check if it works which it does perfectly , he changes his offer to 70.00 . Needless to say I walked and asked him if it was common practice to change offers after an agreement was made? He just stood and looked at me ... He must have thought I was a meth head or something ! Jerks !

Here's what they have. A bunch of PS4's and Xboxs, old rusty bikes, cheap goodwill level guitars, jewelry case filled with worn rings,necklaces, and bracelets from desperate people that got taken advantage of by them, some stereo sets and tv's brought in by junkies, oh and dirty tools that are on their last leg. If any of that sounds appealing to you than this is your place. Attitudes of the employees vary from "huh" to "derp".
