The staff is the best you will find around here. Stacy was just absolutely a wonderful assistant that helped me out with every problem I had told her. She done it extremely fast and was really fun to talk to. I recommend whoever is not apart of this bank to join and sign up.

After being with another “big” bank for 20 years, I finally made the switch to Mid-Missouri Bank… It’s a true pleasure to be called by name, and not treated like just another number 😃 Heather Roth was absolutely awesome to work with!! Join an online bank with no fees. We decided to leave the bank simply because there were too many fees, not a great amount of benefits, as well as poor functionality of the app. The app is not updated well and charges would randomly disappear and come back days later making the available balance incorrect. It's minimalistic and leaves much to be desired in banking. In the days leading up to closing our account, I assumed no charges would go through because of declining overdraft protection ( assuming was a mistake on my part). A charge went through, initiating a $35 overdraft fee. I called asking for it to be waived because it was a complete accident and we have never incurred an overdraft fee in the years we have been with them. I understand that they don't have to, but a courtesy would have been great considering it's a ridiculous fee and I brought cash in to cover what accidently went through causing it to go over. I was told that they couldn't refund it, and if I didn't bring that $35 in by 6pm tonight I would incur another $35 fee, and everyday thereafter that I didn't pay the first fee. These are the types of situations that are causing people to flood to online banks. Accidents happen, and had I not already decided to leave before this happened, I would have immediately closed my account. On the rare occasion I needed to go into the bank for something the staff was always kind and happy to help. If you are someone who frequently needs to go into a brick and mortar bank and doesn't mind paying occasional fees, this might be a good fit for you.

Anne was super helpful and nice! Very nice bank inside and out. Definitely recommend this bank!! They have simple accounts to more complex ones for the complex people.

Sandy Thompson made the entire loan process so easy it was unbelievable. Any documents, forms, etc. that she needed she communicated in a professional, timely manner. Sending the information was super easy (I could simply text a picture of what she needed) and helped relieve a lot of the stress buying a home comes with. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Over the past few years I have used Mid-MO bank for both personal and business accounts. Their rates are always competitive; but they truly earn my business because of the people. The service I have received is remarkable. Not because any one individual was helpful - but because every one I have encountered is friendly, fast and thorough. I don’t do many reviews. But I have been blown away by the consistent customer service, and professionalism that Mid-Missouri brings to each experience. If you haven’t, you should go give Heather and the team a chance. If nothing else, their lollipop game is on point.

Setting up checking account was quick and painless, less than 20 min. Alex W. was super helpful and friendly throughout the process. Would be 5 stars if the account didn’t cost $10/mo for the first 6-12mo, but seems like a convenient option overall.

Heather was AWESOME. Great to work with. She took the time on her lunch hour to take care of my issue. She was so kind and understanding of my problem even though it took well over an hour to get fixed. The issue could not be completely finished that day and Helen J took over the next day on a Saturday and finished it up. Helen J was so AWESOME to work with also. We’ve been customers of Mid-Mo two separate times. Our first experience was excellent, so when we decided to move back to MO we chose to work with this bank again. Our LO, Juliette was a pleasure to work with. She made our entire process simple and efficient. Alex R. helped us open up our new banking accounts. Update as of 03/18/2022: We still love Mid-Missouri Bank! Earned 3% interest on my Kasasa checking last year. I never earned that at my previous national bank.

Update for April 2020, Mid-MO Bank on East Sunshine continues to be a great bank for us. They work with you to maximize your interest gained thru their KASASA accounts which are great. I had opened a couple of accounts at Mid Missouri Bank a few years ago. I wasn't using Kasasa Checking correctly in order to get all the benefits. When I spoke with Journy about my account, she informed me of the benefits of my Kasasa Checking and what ways I can use it. I have called and spoke with Journy several times because she is very friendly and professional. She takes the time to answer my questions and provides me with adequate service.
