Mid-Missouri Bank Proctor Rd, Willard

Mid-Missouri Bank in Willard is absolutely fantastic! We use them for both personal, business, and even our kids now have savings accounts here. We've worked with other banks in the past and customer service has always been "okay" but as soon as there is some sort of a problem, it's never been easy to get resolved. At Mid-Missouri in Willard, I have nothing but positive things to say about the folks I interact with there regularly. They are super fast, honest, and reliable. The only negative, and the only reason it's not 5 stars, is I wasn't happy about refinancing our mortgage through them. The process went just fine. We specifically went with Mid-Missouri because we love the level of customer service at the bank in Willard, but after the refinance was done our loan was just sold to some other big company out in Vegas. Had we known our loan would be sold ahead of time, there were other places with better rates or we cold have leveraged benefits with our existing mortgage company through a refinance. We had assumed the loan would stay with Mid-Missouri. Overall, great bank with wonderful people who are very good at their job.

Inna assisted my wife and I with setting up a checking and savings account. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the creation and transfer of funds, bank to bank. I would recommend Mid Missouri Bank to anyone looking for a "Hometown" Bank and make sure you ask for Inna.

I have been with Mid Missouri Bank for about 20 years now. When Willard brought in a branch we started doing our business there. We have opened our business, personal, and children's accounts with Willard. All of the staff has always been so kind. They always have a smile and are ready to greet you. It is a very warm and friendly atmosphere that anyone would feel comfortable coming in and doing their business. If you don't have an account already you should really come to Willard and let the girls take care of you. You won't be disappointed!!

Mid Missouri bank has outstanding customer service. You can tell that they care about their customers from the moment you drive up. They take pride in ensuring the safety of their customers and staff, they have the cutest decorations for several holidays, they are super clean, and most of all you can tell that they enjoy working with each other, they seem to make work fun. They have outstanding staff, Kristina, Kendall, and Charles to name a few are always so helpful to anyone. They have so many options for savings and checking accounts. I would absolutely tell anyone that lives in or around Willard to use this bank.

Jenna Lane is at the front desk when you first walk in. Always very welcoming. She was so helpful on setting up an account and sharing information on accounts for my children. If you're needing any kind of help you won't be disappointed with her!! She's the BEST!!

I went in to open multiple business and personal accounts with my two children under three. Inna helped me with everything and I was so impressed with her professionalism! She was patient, efficient and very sweet to work with. I also LOVE their kids savings accounts program. My daughters both received piggy banks, coin purses, punch cards for prizes, and calendars with their savings accounts. This is something I remember doing as a kid that I have always valued!
