I went in on a Saturday morning needing ones as we were vendors at the Apple Butter Making Days festival. They were so nice and willing to accommodate us even with a holiday the next Monday. Thank you so much for your help as we were from out of town!

Mid-Missouri is the best bank to deal with. I was in contact with Michele Nelson and she helped me through the process of getting some new accounts set up. She was great to work with and always has a positive attitude. Any questions I had for her she was able to answer quickly and with kindness to let me know that she was there for us. Mid Missouri has always been a wonderful bank to work with! I've had personal accounts, business accounts, our church' account is here and we've always had great service. Of course my favorite teller is Ariel but anyone of the people that work there are always so very helpful.

I love going to see everyone at Mid-Mo, I’ve been going ever since I was a little girl and while the bank name may have changed since then but a lot of the faces have not. Being in a small town, they really are an extension of family and treat you as such! They always ask about your life, your kids, what you’ve been up to- not just making small talk but because they truly care! They have excellent customer service & they have great relations with the city! These are the kind of people you can trust with your banking needs! With bigger banks you get lost and become a number for them, what I love about smaller branches like the one in Mt. Vernon is that they KNOW their customers and work hard to build a good rapport with them. Shout out to Jill Goodman!! I’d list them all but know I would probably forget someone....

I have banked with Mid-Missouri for many years, and never plan to change! I have worked with several of the branches, but the Mt. Vernon branch is my favorite. Kim is always super helpful and is able to answer all my questions with great knowledge. I love being able to talk with someone immediately when calling, and I don’t have to listen to a set of recorded prompts first. If you aren’t banking with them, your missing out.

Sue from the Mt.Vernon location is always ready to help, no matter how crazy my calls to her are! She helps me with my personal and business transactions! She keeps me happy! I love banking at this location for so many reasons! But the free coffee bar is amazing!

Mid Mo Bank is the best! Ashley, Anne, Kim, Sue, and Brian are always very helpful, friendly, and personable. They put a great name and face to a "hometown" bank. I walked in 3 minutes before they closed needing 3 cashiers checks apologizing profusely and Kim said there was no need to apologize because that was her job, even though she had to stay late to get my cashiers checks.
