Just a compliment, over the past few years I have had an opportunity to frequent the Hurley Avenue Branch. The tellers have always been polite, prompt and professional. I received tremendous assistance from Mrs. Hoyt and Mrs. Rosier during the same period. Amazing people, always helpful and always friendly. Nice group of people to work with, thanks.

Sue Hoyt was so pleasant to work with in assisting my elderly mother with a lengthy transaction. Her kindness, efficiency, patience and upbeat attitude was greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sue!

This credit union likes to screw veterans, charge extremely high interest rates, add fees, report credit bureau about untrue things that they are true because they didn’t do the right thing. All they are after is the money.

Shane is absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond and never gets mad when I call him to ask questions. He's a great asset to your bank and he's the main reason why I continue to return to the hurly Ave branch. All the tellers are great and show good customer service as well. I looooove them all. This is a bank I wanna introduce to my family and I did. My daughter banks with them as well. I will never stop banking at the Hurley Ave branch. Shane is still my ATF.

Ever since you opened up the Hurley Ave I have been going there. I love the staff there. Wendy leads a great team. Most of the employees know me from the main branch because my Dad worked there for many years. I was a child when my Dad started working at the main branch on Morton Blvd. I believe the bank back then was IBM. It is more convenient for me to go to Hurley Ave. again Wendy leads a great staff and they are very knowledgeable. They all treat me with the respect that I deserve. I love going into the bank and see Nicole’s smiling face most of the time but everyone smiles and it’s feels like home.

I just want to say I had a very pleasant experience handling my crazy life bank issues with Shane O’Neill. He went above and beyond what is expected of him from an outsider. He took care of a couple of issues for me when They were in desperate need of fixing. He was kind , understanding and very professional. Shane’s customer service is impeccable. A1!!

I have had a long relationship with this credit union involving my paying the mortgage for my home, on which I was not the primary borrower. I paid this mortgage for some 20 years, paying all but the initial year of the loan, and satisfied the loan several weeks ago. I received no paperwork, and the escrow reimbursement was sent to him only. I spoke with at least 6 different employees at various levels in the weeks preceding the payoff, and each one told me different information, none of which turned out to be the truth. I’ve always dealt with another local credit union for my other financial matters, and will continue doing so. If I need a loan of any kind going forward , Mid Hudson Federal Credit Union will not get my business.

I recently applied and received a home equity loan at the Hurley Ave branch. Sean, loan contact and Wendy, branch manager made my experience so easy and effortless. Kept me updated with very friendly service. Definitely my choice for all my banking needs

I have been doing Banking and Investment related business in the Kingston area for over 40 years and the folks at the Mid-Hudson Valley Credit Union have consistently delivered Outstanding service and Talented financial assistance. The Management team of Wendy, Sue and Rebecca run a very smooth operation and their office doors are always open. The staff is also very friendly and very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, they smile and wave hello as I come to the counter. Everyone there goes out of their way to make the customer feel Important. I had recently stopped in to take care of some important banking business and Rebecca did a Superb job of finding the best option for my investment. I always walk in and leave the Credit Union with a Smile on my face. It is indeed a SPECIAL place to go and I look forward to returning again in the near future.
