This is the absolute best place to bank in. Super easy to deal with and always efficient and helpful with my needs. Especially Julianne in the Lagrangeville location. She’s excellent to do business with. Go see her!

I love my branch in Woodstock, but I had to come to Fishkill to replace my bank card. The experience was even better than I expected. In a difficult time, Jessica was so so sweet and made me feel held, supported and taken extra care of. When your bank feels like home even when you’re out of town you know you’ve made the right choice. Thank you Jessica! (Oh and the music was awesome. So nice)

Julie is such an asset to the credit Union. She is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and more so caring. You could no ask for a better person to assist you in meeting your needs. Thank you to MHV for hiring her, she is amazing!

I give it 2 stars because Sam was extremely helpful and if it wasn’t for her I’d probably never set foot back in there. We opened up a personal checking and savings with her as well as a personal loan and she was professional and efficient. But when it came to the mortgage department it was very disappointing. I’m sorry but Denise Quinn was unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a mortgage. She appeared to be “too busy” voicemail was always full and it’s been 3 weeks and still no reply to our emails.

I had questions about possibly taking out a loan and the staff members were wonderful. I had not been a customer at the time, but after going to the Fishkill Branch, I am now. As soon as I entered, they made me feel welcome. The four women I spoke to were so sweet and helpful. The office was very clean and organized - especially important with everything going on with COVID. I am so impressed with this branch!

Julianne Messina is the best! She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for our company, even on her days off. Whether its copies of statements, checking transactions, depositing checks, or answering any of the many questions we have, she is the only person we will bank with and trust with our business. She is honest and very professional.

We came here to open our business account with my partner, we were greeted by lovely lady Samantha who helped us open our account an explained all the benefits that come with it. She was very helpful and kind. Really glad we opened the bank account in this branch.

If I could give this Fishkill Branch 10 stars I would. They were able to solve my problem in less than 5 mins. Awesome customer service and representation of this company! Great job and will gladly continue to be a loyal customer. 10 stars!!
