Ive been banking with MHVFCU for almost 10 years. They helped me build my credit and they have previously held my auto loan. They are easy to work with and they always help me when I am in a pinch. Recently, I have experienced hardships either due to covid-19 or fraudulent charges and the people at MHV never let me down. They are always honest, understanding and make me feel like Im just having a conversation with a neighbor. I would recommend them to friends and family 9/10 times. I look forward to refinancing my current car with them when the time comes again.

She was always very pleasant and positive, always responded to my emails/phone calls, and let me know that even after the loan process was completed that she was always available any time to assist me.
