This place is the absolute best. They are super helpful and informative. I have used them many times now for license renewal and plates. ABC title is obviously faster but you can’t beat the local touch and care that these people give you. No attitude, very friendly and an all around great business.

It's wild that we have decided that everyone must need a car to get anywhere, but cars are objectively unsafe for our communities, so we institute the OMV to hold drivers accountable for using the cars, but then underfund the OMV while not addressing the root cause of car dependency, so the OMV scales poorly and is built to fail, so then a company like this enters the market with a business model that is dependent on customers upset with this downward cycle. Anyway, this place is fine, I guess. It's at least better than the OMV sometimes.

Faster than the DMV for sure - the staff seem to be helpful and understanding as long as you have everything you need before you arrive.

Went in for a vehicle registration and title transfer, very nice people and quick service. Lacquetta was great.

Every time I have needed to sell a vehicle or transfer title, this is where I go. The staff is so friendly and patient. Today was very, very busy, yet Ron in particular was running the show, getting people in-and-out of there as quickly as possible and he had a great attitude the whole time. I will always go to mid city for any service they can help me with. Thank you for another round of great service today.

I used this office to renew my Driver's Licence.This office is extremely well organised, customers are quickly sorted out according to their needs and then assigned to the correct attendant. The service is courteous, fast and effective. Since I always try to do as much business as possible in my neighbourhood, I'd definitely recommend it!

This place right here Aw man is the greatest They open at 9:00am If you want to beat the crowd. Get there an hour early. This way you'll be the FIRST IN LINE. Very friendly ,off street parking. Just keep in mind. You must have your Mask 😷 on when you're inside.

Don is great. We turned up and went straight in, process was painless to register our out of state car. If possible, pay cash as it will work out cheaper

The lady that assisted me was extremely nice & informative. I would go there again. Southern charm goes a long way with me especially now a days because every typically has tudes now a days.
