This the first time I have needed to take out a title loan, so I wasn't really sure how long the process would take, or what it entailed. I was greeted by Jonathan and Tina, who were both very friendly and welcoming. Jonathan was the one who actually took care of me and getting me all set up with my loan. He was so sweet and courteous, and he explained everything step by step, and made sure I didn't have any questions or issues with the terms of my loan. I had a check in my hand and was out the door in under an hour. Which is awesome. Especially considering I am a new customer.I was extremely impressed with the service and the way I was treated throughout the process,.Jonathan is definitely a huge asset to this company. Today I went into the Cape Mid-American Title Loan and i really needed the money! There were forms filled out wrong and the DMV shipped my title to me. Most title loan companies would have made me wait but they were very appreciative of my business and ket me get the loan anyway!! All I could say was thank you Jesus!!
