Mid America RV S Garrison Ave, Carthage

This is a good place to purchase a great RV. They have multiple great brands to choose from. I shopped on the website to find what I wanted. Went to the overpriced local dealer to look at it, then called Mid America Rv who already had the better price and set up everything I needed. They greeted me well, gave me a great RV orientation and walk-around, let me know some well needed add ons and accessories, paperwork was paperwork haha but Melissa was great to talk to. I also added the extended warranty that the lifetime warranty didn't cover which is well worth it. I also added the RV coating for extra weather protection. Then I was down the road with a smile on my face and a badass Northern Spirit 1840rbx following my truck behind.

Great experience! Had my camper fixed when they said it would be done. Very nice people to work with.

I stopped by here when both my propane stove and backup camera stopped working. I’m a new travel trainer owner and both these items had been working recently. The service man came out to my rig and patiently showed me the user errors I had taken and how to easily remedy my mistakes. He was very thoughtful, kind and patient.

In process of purchasing travel trailer. They informed me after I buy it they wont let take trailer home to use until another one comes into stock.

I stopped by Mid America RV yesterday afternoon (20 minutes before their closing time to be precise) to purchase a hitch for my toy hauler because of some towing problems I was experiencing. Casey Flint, the parts department manager went over an above my expectations in terms of service and product knowledge! Casey quickly identified and solved my problem which was the way my current hitch was configured. Casey personally helped me with my hitch and got me back on the road safely for my drive home. For the record, my hitch and camper didn't come from these guys but I wish they had and Mid America RV will be my first call on my next purchase. You hardly find service like this anymore and I HIGHLY recommend these guys for parts or your next RV!!!!!

Needed some parts only available at a dealer. Called, they had to do some research, once they found out what I needed he called, parts were ordered and I was told it could be awhile due to the odd shaped box. Was only 1 week. Parts gave me a call when they arrived and said my name was on it and can be picked up anytime. Great customer service. Thanks MA RV.

Second time buying from Mid America. Scott was great both times. Not once did we ever feel pressured. We found the perfect RV. Thank you Scott, Melissa, and the service department for going above and beyond.

6.18.22 All is taken care on RV from initial purchase. 3.30.22Heard from dealer but still waiting on repairs. At this point I am torn on how to review this company. I would have given a 5 based on the way they made me think the warranty was amazing. Now that we have the rv we let them know about a ton of issues the trailer is having but have only heard back from Randy in service regarding the damaged cabinets. We are not clear on how to file claims or to get them to fix a leak it had as well as a few other issues. The Forest River Aspire looked great on paper but is not a unit I would recommend. The quality of our 2014 Springdale was better than the 2022 we just purchased. Serious buyers remorse at this time fornour family.

The salesman Scott was very kind, friendly, & not pushy. He took time to explain things & added stuff to make sure I was happy! One step closer to my retirement!!

We were passing thru the area in a Tiffin motorhome and had an issue with a tire stem that we couldn’t fix. Called the service center when they opened and they told us to bring it on in and they’d look at it. Showed up and Brent, the service Mgr, came out, looked at it, went back inside and returned with some tools, fixed it within a few minutes and sent us on our way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Oh yah, didn’t charge us a penny. Told us to have a great trip and tell our friends about them. 100% recommend!

We were involved in an accident and needed a replacement fifth wheel hitch in a hurry, but the one I wanted was not available anywhere. Everyone seemed to have them on backorder. We were directed to see Casey at Mid America RV and he really came through, getting us the hitch within two days so that we could continue our trip. Casey provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond. I'd highly recommend them for your RV parts needs.

We were having problems pulling our new toy hauler on its maiden voyage. Contacted the dealer where we bought it in Lincoln and they suggested it was the hitch. We contacted Mid America to see if they had a certain hitch in stock, they did. We stopped and spoke with Casey who came and looked at ours. He was honest and said we didn’t need to buy a new one, in fact he helped us fix the one we had. I highly recommend this place, and the next time we are looking for a new toy hauler will definitely make the trip here to buy. Thank you for helping us make it back to Kansas Casey!!!!

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable service staff. Well stocked inventory. Was just stopping by but will surely visit again as they made a positive impression.
