Working with Beatriz Cruz made every step of the home buying process a breeze. Yes, the excitement is there, and you may not understand many real estate terms or loan process terms but, Beatriz was there early in the morning and late in the evening to answer all my questions. I sincerely recommend her. I always received sincere advice or opinion on a potential purchase. I will always appreciate all she did for my family and me to finally achieve a colossal achievement in life, like owning a home. Terrible experience. We worked with Vona Garza out of Magnolia TX. Horrible communication, I felt like it was always an inconvenience when we called. Would constantly talk over us and not answer our questions. This was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. She didn't explain things very well at all. We only went with this company because we're veterans but I wish we would've went somewhere else. Well not use this company again.

The first time I talked to Trisha Crick was after business hours on a Friday night. Trisha went out of her way to get my pre-approval letter and everything I needed so that I could quickly make an offer on a house. Her communication throughout the entire loan process was impeccable. She answered all of my questions and periodically checked in to see if I had any concerns. The mortgage loan process was on spot and easy. It was very clear what was needed and communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

Dawn Sharpe assisted me with the refinance process of my home. The entire process was painless on my end compared to when I first bought my home using a different company. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on all of my questions. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best deal possible. Highly recommend her for any of your needs!

Jennifer and her team are knowledgeable and really top notch. Occasionally going way above what you would expect. She responded to questions I had via text from her Dr appointment and very surprisingly even answered after hours on several occasions. My situation was a pretty unique situation and still got the closing on time, on a holiday week. I'm very impressed with her and her team. Would definitely recommend anyone to use them.

Goodness, I wish there were 100 more "stars" to click on this rating! For 6 years, Sarah Martin worked closely with us to get an approval on a mortgage. We had some work to do, but she was so patient with us and gave so much of her time & knowledge over the years. In this crazy market we were finally approved with flying colors because of Sarah and her help! When we closed on our first home in June 2021 she was SO communicative along the way, left no stone unturned and she truly went above and beyond for our family.

During to entire process of getting our mortgage loan and dealing with Dawn, it was a pleasure to have dealt with her and to have her for our loan originator. She was very knowledgeable, professional and was always available to answer questions that we had during the process. Her dedication to the business and having a personal relationship with us was greatly appreciated and it made the process that much easier to get our mortgage loan.
