This is probably the fifth or sixth time I have worked with Michelle Bobart and her team of experts over a span of probably twenty years. I am a small business owner and, I think because of that, very demanding. I expect excellent customer service because I know that is what differentiates my business from the larger ones. Michelle's team delivers expert advice and stellar customer service. I told Michelle and her team that I wanted to close asap on my new property and we closed within 30 days-much quicker than I expected. Of course, I was responsible for delivering on my end but when I did, someone from the team was right there to make sure everything moved. To top it off, they are super friendly, and even went beyond when I could not find an insurance company to cover the flat roof home I was buying in DC.
