I wanted to transfer my TSP IRA and Roth IRA accounts to them. I sent Julie the paperwork and she emailed me to call her as I needed to do something online to complete the transfer. I left her numerous messages for almost three months and she still did not call me back. Nor did she follow up with me after she sent me the initial email. I will look elsewhere to have someone manage my retirement accounts.

Been using them for years and we've had a good experience with them

I just love my tax gal Julie..been going for years but with covid obviously was over the phone..she called me on time, had a great convo as always and taxes done! My mom sees Dan for everything!

Had them do tax 1 year and they made a mess of it, the woman who did taxes did not know how to read W-2. At first we ended getting a good return, about 6-8 months later one of the states I worked in sent letter for taxes owed and we ended paying all of return back plus more in penalties and interest. The owner said she would take care of penalty would not take our phone calls and never returned several messages so we had to pay ourselves for their mistake of not knowing their own job. Very frustrated this is a poor way to do business would not recommend or use this company ever.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. My boyfriend brought his taxes here to be done and they were done incorrectly. The receptionist is very rude and interrupted our conversation several times. When we asked them to correct them, they gave us a hard time. Avoid this place at all costs!

We need a Notary for our wills and we couldn't get help anywhere. Julie was great talk to, handled it well and quickly even though this is a busy time for them. Thank you so much and you made a customer for life!

Dropped my short form taxes off a week before they were due. Called the day they were due at 9:30AM as I hadn’t heard from them. They told me there was a sign on the door stating no guarantees they would get taxes done in time if dropping off that day or after. It would have been nice if they could have said that to me when I was in there as I would have gone elsewhere. I asked the lady to call me back if they could or couldn’t get it done. Waited until 2:30 without a call and just picked them up not done. Made an appointment elsewhere that is getting them done in an hour. Never going there again.

Awful experience! Rude, no regard for professionalism, or time. After 2 and a half months, they still had not completed my taxes and when I said I would just pick up my things and go to someone else, they were magically completed in just a few hours. I don't trust them and said I would just go elswhere and refused to pay them anything. When I got my tax info home it was a mess! They were a costly experience for me. Beware!

Dan's been doing my taxes for more than twenty years. Always a good experience. Don't know about the negative reviews here, seriously doubt it was Dan that they saw. Maybe the unhappy customers should have asked to speak to the owner and expressed their dismay. If you're not told, don't know what happened and who did the bad job, nothing can be changed.

Great people and service. Been going there for nearly 20 years and wouldn't trust anyone else.
