The last time I reached out for a quote, the agent was reluctant to give me specifics. The generic ranges quoted weren’t at all helpful. I prefer not to search online due to the onslaught of solicitations. Garrett made this very easy for me. It was one of the best examples of customer service I’ve experienced. No “press 1” cues. I wasn’t put on hold. He knew and provided all of the answers to my questions and followed up with documents electronically almost immediately. While this should be a normal transaction, customer service of this type is the exception. Thank you.

Whoever answers the phone always seems to have ample time to spend explaining policy details and answering my questions. My agent has also worked hard to find areas to save on my premium wherever she can. I don't know how many hours in total were spent explaining to me the option in Michigan and potential ramifications to reduce my PIP coverage from "unlimited" when the law changed. Very nice and helpful group of people.
