Michael Hodges Kingston Pike, Knoxville

My husband and I just bought a home (closed the end of September 2019) and worked with Michael Hodges at Mortgage Investors Group. We cannot recommend Michael enough! Michael was diligent, intelligent, fast, responsive and educated. He asked all of the right questions and basically held our shaky hands while walking us through every process. He took a phone call from us at 10:30pm and talked with us until 11:45. He never rushed us off of the phone, or was never too busy for us. We were always in contact with him or could always reach him. He always made himself available. He knows exactly what he is doing and is direct where appropriate. He never gave us too much at one time, he was conscious of every process we were going through. He knew the stress we were under because we were packing up a home that had been lived in for almost 20 years...we could not have asked for a better experience and we could not recommend him or thank him enough!
