Michael takes the time to get to know his clients, their needs and their goals. He then tailor-makes a loan package that best suits them. This level of customization is rare in the industry, and it is a testament to Michael's dedication to his clients. On top of that, Michael is brave. Michael was a great help with the refinancing process. He was able to secure a lower rate for me and I am now paying less monthly on my loan. He was very patient with my situation, as there were quite a few headaches along the way (all on my end from my previous lender, not due to Michael) and he helped keep me grounded with the situation as I was becoming very frustrated about it. Michael truly cares about helping people and making them better off, so I highly recommend working with him.
