Worst service I’ve ever seen! Been lied to by one of the tellers regarding overdraft protection laws. I told her I didn’t want overdraft on my account that if their are no funds I want it declined been told 3 times but the teller Ana that it was not possible also I called to freeze an account because the person was in a coma.. got charges on the account of $100 and overdraft fees of $500 when we were told the account was frozen till the person comes out of the coma. Meaning nothing would go in and out but they lied.. went to the Chelsea branch to figure it out and they gave me a paper told me to figure it out myself. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Terrible customer services. A virus has totally crippled Metro Credit Union. What did you do with your stimulus money ? Won’t be long before a run on the banks. Good luck. Ha ha ha

Love the Chelsea Broadway office...love the friendly atmosphere and professionalism provided. I get all my questions answered and alway able to get suggestions concerning my banking..I’m Happy!!!

An ode to my wasted lunch break. I was recently married and at long last it has come time to open a joint checking account! My lovely bride and I pack in a truly ridiculous number of documents. Passport for each of us, photo ID, marriage certificate, just in case! Will it surprise you to learn then that we were unable to open our account, merely because my wife did not yet have her updated drivers license with our new address on it. Bear in mind, our notarized certificate of marriage bears our shared address. The icing on the cake to my wasted trip here was the teller failing to return our marriage certificate afterwards. Really a stellar attention to detail displayed there. I've banked with MCU for years now, but this experience has honestly convinced me I should consider moving my money elsewhere. Inflexibility, and no way to find out the information necessary to set this account up online? Really an awful customer experience.

Great service. Convenient location. Small lot a few doors down but this location just a 'satelite location' here for costumer convince only. It's a small branch - they have a full sized branch 1/4 mile away with offices, plenty of staff, all different departments, and plenty of parking. Great rates and great account options.

Terrible customer service, do not bank here! Find another bank.
