No service at all, especially the teller, the girl so rude, and no service at all

Used their atm to withdraw money, needed my 20s broken down into 10s. I asked them if I could get change and they said I needed to be a customer to get it. I used their atm and paid the $3 transaction fee. Does that not make me a customer? Very poor experience. Will not be going back nor ever open an account with them

Bank teller here is rude and provides no services. Really hope that the management can train their staff about customer services considering all the negative reviews they’ve been getting and train their staff to talk to clients without being condescending.

This is a terrible bank. They charged so much extra unnecessary fees in the beginning of my home loan. Please be careful. There are some many banks and loan lenders. This bank definitely is the last bank you want to deal with for you profit and future problems. This year, 2020, I have been calling them since the beginning of the pandemic to defer my ONE month mortgage payment, Now they still did not do it and gave a me a system error reason. F word~~~ Every one has a limit. Please FKing do some work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
