Metro Check Cashing Ringgold Rd, Chattanooga

The lady working the day I went into this store was extremely rude and not at all helpful. She told me she only had $50 In cash she could loan, which I find difficult to believe as this is a loan business. I believe it was probably more like she didn’t feel like processing a loan at that moment. She was the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I went in with my friend to pay her loan and the representative was EXTREMELY RUDE and it's hard to understand how she was hired for customer service position; she is HORRIBLE!!!!!! When we enter into the store we both spoke and said "hi" to the rep amd she just looked at my friend with hateful eyes and didnt respond back. If I could rate her NO stars I would. Very unprofessional!!! Needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there a few months ago and the woman who works there has poor customer service. She never smiles or makes you feel welcome.

Inquired about a $200 cash advance and the woman advised me that they didn't have that much cash in the store to be able to handle that amount of a loan. Very disappointed. Claimed the owner would have to bring money to the store.

Not a very friendly environment. I wonder how they stay in business. I asked about check cashing and she says we don't do that. I was like umm your name says you do. Won't be back.
