I’ll start out by stating that it was indeed an absolute pleasure working with Daniela Katto! I was initially refinancing with my current Company when I was contacted by Daniela. Somewhat hesitant, I wasn’t so interested in hearing what she had to say, partly because I had been receiving all types of phone calls from different companies. I don’t know why; (I think it was because of the sincerity of her voice) but for some reason I would entertain her offer. The numbers came back better than the offer with my current Company, so I chose to go with her. Once my current Company found out that I planned to change to a different Company, they immediately chimed in to beat their offer so I could remain with them. Not being well-versed with all of the mortgage lingo and business, I was forced to go with very basic information. So, after getting screwed over I went back to Daniela, she and her Company welcomed me with open arms! Unfortunately, some time had passed so the rates weren’t quite the same, but Daniela and her Company worked tirelessly to get me the best rate possible. By this time, I had done some extensive research on my own and got smarter in the housing arena. After cleaning up the “mess”, moving forward with Daniela, doing my checks and balances, I’m happy to say that everything checked out and I was able to close with confidence! First of all, if you’re a veteran I recommend starting here. If you are, you already know the copious amounts of ads we get for home financing. Well, I feel for the gimmicks more than once. I got jerked around, lied to, and left high and dry with bills for things like appraisals that I was assure I never would. I’d given up on refinancing my home. Then Daniela reached out just to see if I was interested. She listened to me rant about my prior experiences for a while then simply asked I give her a chance, but didn’t make 100 promises, so I went for it. Within 10 days Daniela and the team at Meta mortgage not only got me exactly what I asked for, they answered my questions I called with literally every day, all while clearing a vast multitude of hurdles my specific situation threw at them. They truly turned this whole experience around for me and they did it quick.
