I have been a customer here since I was 14 everyone has always been so helpful. I recently got my first credit card the experience was very easy and everyone i spoke to was extremely helpful. Mark is usually the one who helps me out he always answers all of my questions and is always extremely polite. I’d never go anywhere else!

It makes no sense that I can go through the drive thru at the Tallgrass location and receive a cashier's check, but can't at any other location. It is very inconvenient. If they can take your info through the drive thru at Tallgrass, they should be able to take it at other locations.

Horrible customer service. Closed on Saturday’s due to low traffic. I’ve always done my banking on Saturday and there was always a huge line. Now working class has to take off work to handle banking needs. Didn’t have access to my money when I needed it. I’ll be referring people to Credit Union of America. This comes after the business app disaster back in august when we couldn’t access our business funds. Meritrust needs new leaders to address these issues. Should get negative stars.

If I could give this branch no stars due to poor management I would. This is only the second bad review I have ever left in my life if that tells you anything. I went into this branch because I have paid several huge chunks of my auto loan off and was curious as to why this time I had paid $57 extra and interest, the manager Julie was there and I was expressing my frustrations and she was so rude I walked out and drove to a different location. I’m taking my loans elsewhere and will never go to this location again.

Excellent financial institution, super friendly staff, great rates on auto loans. I got my car loan through them and liked dealing with them so much that within two months I moved all my accounts.

Why is anybody giving this bank a good review...like you people must work for them or something? This banks loyalty for its customers is absolutely disgusting for real! It's sad that people have come to accept such garbage when it comes to banking services!
