They will loan to almost any credit type, so in my opinion they're good to give someone a second chance. The bad is they believe they own you, make their own rules and use fear to motivate you to believe them. Only because federal law protects my family, this company was unable to use loop wholes and take advantage of us. Long story short only after a us attorney contacted them on behalf of the government, did they bring my payments current and lower my interest rate as required by law! Be careful

If i could i would give zero stars! Do not get a car loan from these guys they will lie to you and not care! In 2018 i was sick in and out the hospital so i wasn't able to work and i was fully in contact with melissa flynn through email! i would make payments when ever i get money! so recently i get this nasty letter so i called and spoke to the manager ashley she hung up on me twice and said some nasty things to me about how i should have made a payment last year ( not knowing i was in and out the hospital) so i called again and spoke to rick he was nicer so i thought! he said they can store the car until i make a payment i said that was fine and the tow ppl was suppose to call and they did not came and got it and i couldn't get my stuff out! I called rick back and he couldn't even tell me why he lied! I emailed the owner and still waiting for a reply! But MERIDIAN BUYERS GROUP IS LIARS AND RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL ON TOP OF THAT I NEVER RECEIVED MY CONTRACT THAT I BEEN ASKING FOR!!!

They're understanding and caring. I haven't had any problems with them. They actually care and listen if you have a problem. So glad to we got a loan through them.

The staff there are so rude. I call and try to make my payment and they give me the third degree I have never been late they got some of the rudest ladies working in the office. The only person I like to deal with is Rick

I love this company. As long as you pay you car payment on time then you have nothing to worry about. When i had a family emergency I CALLED them and they helped me out no questions asked. The ones below with all the negative prolly got their car repo'd bc they cant pay their bills like they are supposed to.. Long story short they help people that need and deserve second chances. I work my butt off for what i have and my credit has been climbing since I used this company.. Thanks Meridian

I just would like to give a compliment to one lady, her name is Ashley. For about a year now we have been txting whenever I need to make my car payments. She is alway so quick to respond. This is so convenient for me with being a Mom and working full time! Thankyou Ashley for all you do for your company and your customers!

I've never had a problem with this company. I make my payments on time like im supposed to. If I need to change anything I call them. Very professional

Do not have just one rep. Working your loan they have multiples and refuse to work with you and are rude and disrespectful especially the lady named Abigail
