I chose Merchants because of assurity. I entered and was immediately greeted by two of the four ladies cheerfully from behind the counter. It was bright and smelled nice. I didn't have to wait very long before being helped. I opened and account, signed paperwork, and had my card in no time. I spent maybe ten minutes tops in there. Way to go.

Worst bank ever! I was raised in Hanceville, Mr Gibbs gave me my first loan, my patents have been with them all their life. My Parants house burnt to the ground, dad is in hospital and I am taking care of all of my parents needs so my mom doesn't have to worry. I located a few items in the rubble of their house and went to put the items in the safedeposit box that my dad had me added to including their checking years ago and I was told I was Not included and treated as rudely as anyone could e. I had to bring my my mom in to a cess box when it was noticed that indeed I was added YEARS AGO! I decided to return just to see if All Corrections were made Days later and to no surprise I am Not on my parents checking. I have been involved in the computer business for 39 years in which I am very familure with bank policies as I am handling 2 of the largest banks in the US & Canada Mainframe systems which requires me to have knowledge of operations. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!
