In addition to having a business to business relationship with them I have taken my car here for a recall check. I found the whole experience to be very positive and professional. They had the car in and out on the same day. They went to the effort to make sure that we knew what was done. And everything was just fine.

I showed up with a passenger rear axle sensor out. The desk was polite, personable, and got me set up to have it looked at. They came back with the estimate, I asked them to order the part, and they didn't charge me for the inspection. When the part came in, they texted me to set up an appointment, I came in for an hour and a half, and paid my bill. Vehicle has been performing well since. Word of warning: They only take credit. No cash, no checks.

Tried calling parts department 4 different times on different days. Each time they say they can't get ahold of parts and them ask to take my number down and they will call back. Ive never received a call back. Customer service is horrible. Dont expect any help unless maybe going there in person.

What an awesome time. This couple Kelly & Danny at Big Island European has it down to a science. Near Home Depot. Great public relations, great service and very reasonable compared to other repair centers. I will definitely be back when I need their services. Thank you, our Mercedes runs like a clock now.

My 2008 c300 got a recall and took it to kona Mercedes service & asked for a full checkup for my car asking for a professional opinion. & a mistake happened at the shop and the airbag was not working properly. On 07/12/2021 i took the car back and they fixed the Airbag and manage to find the problem and now the airbag is working very good as it should. I changed my 1 star to 5 star to be fair and because at the end they manage to fix the problem & Thank you.
