It has been a week since I purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 from Mercedes-Benz of Lynchburg and I am still in awe. Tina was amazing! From the moment I scheduled a test drive, she stayed in contact with me. I left the dealership in my new Benz in less than two hours. Tina's knowledge concerning Mercedes Benz is unmatched! She was very thorough and taught me everything I needed to know before driving off the lot. Tina truly takes pride in making sure her customers are happy and satisfied and that type of service you just don't receive anymore. My husband and I worked with Ashton to purchase our new car. The entire process was efficient and seamless. Everything was communicated effectively and honestly, and there were no surprises. We love our car and truly enjoyed working with Ashton.

I inquired about a car online in August and Isaiah quickly followed up with me. After the test drive I realized I needed something larger. I went back and forth on whether to get Mercedes or get something more economical but Isaiah was VERY patient with me. I never felt pressured or like I was bothering him. After 3 months of staying in contact with Isaiah, I finally purchased a new C300 (I was in the market for a certified pre-owned). Even after purchasing the car, Isaiah texted me to make sure I still loved the car and offered to show me some of the specs. Everyone I came in contact with at MB Lynchburg were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future!

Tried USAA Car buying service for the first time. Got an message from Dave Roberts. It was just one message we were not bombarded by one message after another like we were from other dealers. We met with Dave told him what models we were considering and he said the best thing to do was come by when we had time and drive all of them back to back. About a week later and with no pressure from Dave we took time to drive the Mercedes, Volvo, BMW and Lincoln models on our list. Dave took his time in explaining the benefits of each and answered our questions never once pressuring us into a deal. We decided on the Volvo XC60 T5 AWD Momentum and have had it just over a week now. Dave made the buying experience pleasurable without all the pressure and haggle we had experienced in past car purchases. Every one we dealt with at Berglund treated as if we were friends or family not a pay commission check.

Tina Chilton is very knowledgeable and very helpful! Tina knows the Mercedes/Volvos features like she is a encyclopedia, the training section that she had with me one on one is awesome. She is a wonderful Sales & training consultant. Joe Camarda, in the Service department is really on top of things, ordering & with putting you in a loaner & why getting service on my vehicle. The service department is excellent. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I usually communicate with Joe, one of the service advisors and he always exceeds my expectations. He responds quickly to emails, organizes your service, keeps you informed, in addition to being friendly and professional. John and Ron are wonderful technicians. They are very knowledgeable and I honestly wouldn't trust my car with anyone else anymore. The quality of service I've had at Berglund Luxury Auto has been superior and nothing but positive.

Made a call to schedule an appointment for a recall repair. They stated they had to order the part. It's now in the fourth week and no call back. Each time I have gotten a voice mail with no return call.
