Been banking with this credit union for about 12 years and never had a problem with them they are always friendly and very professional as I go to drive through or inside and I have had loans and have loans with them they are GREAT

Once my loan is paid off, I will never bank here again. This place is an absolute joke, where staff tells you one thing one minute, then it changes the next. The information they give you when you go to sign up for something is not accurate. Its a lot of "fine print" kind of talk. Like they will make it sound really good, but once you do it, then you realize they didnt tell you everything. But hey you signed something right, so they dont have to be held accountable for anything.

I think we're gonna find a new credit union. Always problems with ATM and online banking. Not very professional. Always problems.

Staff is great! Becky in the loans dept is easy to get ahold of and super sweet. I refer everyone I know to MFCU.

Very rude manager and staff. If you’re in the Mount Pleasant area I highly recommend the other members first location on Broadway excellent staff very friendly and helpful

After years of putting up with the BS from banks like Commercial and Firstbank (now Mercantile...I think?), I joined MFCU in late 2018. I have never regretted it once. I got a great rate on a car loan, and recently got a small personal loan for a vacation. Quick, easy, and even pleasant experiences, both times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. On a couple occasions I've walked in or driven through in a bad mood, but I always feel better once I leave. While the banks seemed averse to doing anything for me, these folks frequently offer to do more than I ask for. My only gripe is that you're often on hold for a while when you call, but personally I don't call them enough for that to be an issue for me.

For businesses this is NOT the place to go. Two particular people stand out Troy and Rob.. unless you and your business run on more excuses then results. An entire month plus rolled by with a closing date hard set, all information they needed in hand, impeccable financials, great pay history, less than market value cost on the property, years worth of business...only to hear "we are probably weeks away from being ready to go". TWO DAYS BEFORE CLOSE. unacceptable. The topper to this "they" the two of them don't return calls to you or the closing company.. I don't know if they are hiding their heads in the sand??

1rst bank to not take rolled quarters and dimes you guys suck bad thing about it didnt need to lmmfao. Bumbs

Service used to be good but it recently had to freeze a card and get a new one and I been waiting three weeks for a debit card

LOVE MFCU!! The staff is always great to work with as well
