I just wanted to take the time and let you know how helpful Norma is. She made me feel like family. I came in just to add a checking account. Additionally, she was able to get me approved for my first credit card and a new car loan with the lowest rate I ever got. This is definitely a life changer from what should have been just an opening of a checking account. She was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I’m glad I made the choice to be part of Members Choice and speak to Norma.

I had such a good experience with a car loan here I used them for my business I recently started. Ms. Katonya Jack, the manager, has been extremely helpful! I had questions about setting up things with suppliers and she knew just what to do. I cannot thank Ms. Jackson and the staff at MCCU Grand Parkway enough!

The worst company I’ve ever deal with..it’s been 2 days waiting for a loan approval to get a car and they just wasted my time for nothing..I only asked for 20k with 5k down payment! My credit score is 744 ! And I hv a good job ( head assistant ) making good money..and the declined me 🙂

Worst customer service by any banker I’ve ever experienced and then when we asked for the bank manager we found out he’s the assistant bank manager. I went in for a simple motorcycle loan. Simple enough that when we took our business elsewhere we were approved in 37 minutes. After 7 hours of unprofessionalism in his business antics and his choice or slang verbiage with my significant other we then find out through the underwriters that he doctored my application ( motorcycle loan ) by changing it to a home improvement loan. I’m a good hearted Texan so it’s not fair that this establishment suffer any repercussions from Kerry’s inability to perform the basic tasks of his job much less the blatant sabotage of my application and the entire 7 hour waste of our life. Not to include the hard pull on my credit !! If you do business here the I strongly advise you find some else than the gentleman name Kerry also known as the assistant manager. He has no business in management !

Over the past five year, Elsa Gaza has been the best Loan Officer that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I think she has helped me finance approximately 4 to 6 cars over this short time frame. Some were as upside down as they could get. However, she would just say to me "Mr. T.J., you didn't keep this one long at all, but let me get to work on it and I will get back with you as soon as it's done". She always has a smile on her face when she brings you back into her office. No manner how backed up she gets with customer, she treats you like you are the only customer she has time for. She then takes her time and makes sure that she is listening to your questions and statements so that she can give you the best service that MCCU has to offer. She exemplifies what banking is all about in this New age of banking. It is all about what you can do for your customer, and not what they can do for you.. So I would like to say, thank you, Elsa Gaza, for going above and beyond!!

I've been banking with Members Choice since I was in high school. I've never had any issues with them whatsoever. I love that they don't charge me fees on every little thing and they are ALWAYS so kind and helpful whether I go inside or through the drive thru. If I lost my bank card I was out in 5 minutes with a new one. They are quick to notify me if there has been suspicious activity or fraud which is always great. They always have cookies and lollipops and a little play area for my daughter when she happens to go with me. This Credit Union has been nothing but amazing since I starting banking here. I would definitely recommend joining here if you are considering a change in banks or credit unions.

Quick and competent! How refreshing. The location closest to me had 1 employee trying to hold down the fort. The Grand Parkway Branch has a full staff of people who know what they are doing and are eager to help

I had a great experience there with Kenny and his staff! Sadly I live close to the member choice on Fry. The grand park location customer service is priceless. Not only did they help me refinance one vehicle. I have now refinance two vehicles at a low interest rate. I prefer to drive to that location! You won’t be disappointed! Great staff!

I spoke with Elsa Garza on Wednesday, December 2 regarding a loan for automobile repairs. I wasn't too sure I could get it, however Elsa made me feel so comfortable regarding my request I decided to go for it. Elsa walked me through any concerns I had and was very forthcoming in regards to my concerns. She was very knowledgeable in regards to products and services that Members Choice offered and just didn't miss a beat! Elsa was very proactive in follow-up and always responded to my emails immediately. She let me know when she would be out of the office and return! On Friday, December 4 when Elsa returned to the office she contacted me first thing that morning with the great news that my loan was approved, had me perform my docu-sign and it was done! I had the money to get my car repaired. Turned out that that the repair was a tad bit more than expected and Elsa was also so helpful in providing me with a suggestion to get the additional funds that I needed to take care of my car! Thank you so much Elsa, your care for me and what I needed to get taken care of will never be forgotten! I appreciate you!!
