Members Choice Credit Union Russell Rd, Ashland

I love Members Choice Credit Union...I've had an account there since before I got married over 35 years ago. The service is always great and the staff is friendly. I had to order checks the other day as well as take care of some other business and Robin Bocook was so nice and helpful. She was awesome! Thank you Robin for all your help.

My whole family has used members choice as long as I can remember. I always feel welcomed when I come in and never leave with a question unanswered. I’ve been going to Rebekah Tolliver since my very first loan and she’s done an amazing job taking care of everything and explaining everything. Awesome credit union with awesome people.

Michelle Hagley is always so friendly, smiling and helpful to the customers. She is always trying to keep the customers informed of new and up to date events, or new procedures going on. I know that I can depend on Michelle to keep me informed on new procedures for the customers. She is such a key employee of the credit union.

I have the BEST credit union hands down. Excellent service from all but Michelle Hagley helps me with any problems I’ve had and always directs me to whomever is needed. She is awesome!

Members choice is a great credit union! I’ve previously had auto loans through them and never had any troubles. Trevor Lindsey is by far the best teller they have and always treats me like family!

I highly recommend this credit union. My loan officer, Rebekah Tolliver , is the best I’ve ever worked with on my mortgage and auto loans. She is very knowledgeable, fast with documentation, and always friendly! All of the employees are friendly and eager to help. Robin was also very friendly and helpful with a login issue I had today.

I have been a member since 1993. I’ve Always had a great experience and treated like I’m part of a family. I’ve used Rebeka Tolliver as My loan officer for many years now and she has always helped us in any way she can, usually going above and beyond.

It's a bank. They tend to be busy but quick. The best part of going inside is the older lady that works the desk, Roberta (I think!). She is a gem and makes my day every time. She always asks about my family and makes small talk. Seriously, I hope they know her value because I could use another branch but I prefer her personal touch.
