Hands down the worst financial institution in NW Ind. I will have everything ready to go for drive thru clearly outlined and a teller will ask is this a loan payment? I will reply with what does it say? Now I’m next in line for any 4 terminals and I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. 10 minutes. They worked at the speed of turtles. I finally closed my account bc they pulled my credit without asking. And the chick was like oh, sorry? I guess? They’re painfully slow. They don’t have check deposit on the mobile app and it is 2021 and my two other credit unions do. They’ve not returned calls for loans. But I have to trudge there bc it is where my husband has loans. Seriously the worst, most outdated credit union. I get anxiety when I have to go to one of the locations.

great staff,, they are always helpful, I do not like the phone system however.

Let's see so I signed up with members advantage in June and after 60 days I was to get 100.00 for signing with them and I got in aug. And kept in savings. Then on sept 23 they took without informing me 100.00 out of my savings. I called talked to a lady from the Michigan city branch and she said that she would look into it. She called back saying they gave me the 100.00 twice I was ok well didnt see that in my account and why it take a month for them to realize they made a mistake and not inform of it then just take it out of my account like that. She didn't have much to say but well sorry and that's about it. I mean that was the mess up not mine. I have never had that issue with a bank before. I left chase to bank with members advantage and probably should have stayed with them.

I have been using MACU since I was a child. Great credit union with wonderful staff!
