Members 1st Federal Credit Union Lititz Pike, Lititz

After a truly disappointing experience at another local branch earlier today, I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely employee helped my family set up an account for my step son with no issue. She advocated for our best interests, walked our step son through setting up the app and discussed at length all of his options. I was HIGHLY impressed with her and will be returning to this branch as a result of her superb service.

Members 1st CU customer service is absolutely pathetic. First, I call in and am told there is a 30-minute wait. Then once I get the callback (at least it was nice they offered that service), the rep takes myinfo and puts me on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES!! Every time I have called it's at least a 30 minute wait to get on with someone. This time takes the cake!

The Sat team on June 30th were completely rude!! The older blonde teller was a snippy condescending woman. The asst branch manager was horrible too. All we needed was a sheet of checks. We were treated horribly and extremely rude! I know members 1st to be great with customer service and today was a horrible experience.

My experience with Hannah at the Counter when i was Depositing My Check,This is what She Said “it will take a week for this check to post because we have to Make sure It’s not Fraudulent”.Generally Bank has fair rates,i don’t have anything good to say about customer service.

Kayla brown was absolutley wonderful. She even printed our pictures for my neices while she took care of us in the office. She did her job perfectly and was so polite. I recommend this location to everyone!

Would pick zero stars if I could. I've had 2 auto loans with Members 1st in the last ten years. Ive never had a late payment. Their online interface faulted and caused me to be out of $260. I was told by their customer service and a supervisor that there was nothing they could do. Filed a complaint over a week ago and still have not received a response. Members First is complete garbage and does not care at all about their customers. My reccomendation: find a real bank.

Proud USA citizen, went there to get auto loan, was called later and told I was approved pending providing them with my passport, social security card , my drivers license and title Of my other car!! I already own property and other cars and was never asked to declare my citizenship when purchasing them. I Told them I knew my rights... know several people who went there to get loans and were not treated the way I was treated.I thought it was unfair lending and I was unfairly discriminated because of my race. Did Not go ahead with the loan, another bank gave me the same amount of loan with a wonderful rate and a great customer service, also, another bank called me and offered better rate than members 1st. Informed the car dealership of my experience And the dealer apologized for the way we were treated at Members 1st. They should not make it hard for people of a different ethnicity/color to obtain a loan.

Awesome to deal with Member's 1st(especially the Lititz branch) We needed a HELOC and every other bank wanted loads of tax return information from 3 years back , pay stubs and all sorts of paperwork. Member's 1st approved us with just a recent pay stub. The staff is always friendly and great to work with.

Really bad credit union to get a loan from. No communication, stupid fees, they add onto your loan without letting you know why and then some. Your better off getting a loan from a regular bank then you would if going here.

I am extremely pleased with the way I am treated here. Friendly and helpful staff. I have two loans here and they were very helpful in showing me ways to save fees and interest . It is easy to recommend Member's 1st to all my friends and family.
