I understand being busy since the pandemic has started as well as being overwhelmed from the DMV being closed. However, speaking poorly about clients that have called in with questions or that have walked in, stupid or not, in front of a half full lobby of new customers, is disheartening and absolutely unprofessional. I got what I needed taken care of handled but i promise I won’t be back. Customer service is your whole job, leave if you hate it that much.

We all have bad days, but that is no reason to take it out on customers and we try very hard to treat everyone with respect and we appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers and offer whatever help we can, especially when the state facilities are closed. I have done business with Melin Agency the last time I got a car and everything was smooth but still meh. I just bought a new car from private owner and asked some questions and they were very snobby and unprofessional with answers and were in no way willing to help. Will not be doing business again and would like to suggest to others that there are better places to go besides the dmv as well.

Never get your title done here!!!! They have the slowest services ever. your best bet is just to go to the drivers license bureau I've always received my title with in 3 to 4 weeks not ever going on 10weeks also the dmv is 48 dollars cheaper. and the staff there are more pleasant especially the manager.. when you hang up the phone you are suppose to say goodbye not just hang up before you were done talking. wow can you said better business bureau

Went in at 415 and they told me the wouldn't transfer my car title because they close at 5 only take 10 min for the dmv to do it so screw them
I apologize that you were turned away. We do stop taking title work at 4:45, however, nobody should be turned away before that, unless our lobby is already full of waiting customers. We have been very busy since the pandemic hit, but we try our best to help every customer, everytime. Please give us another chance to show you we appreciate your business.

The staff was very rude and disrespectful. Granted, I went in close to closing time, the lady there was very rude.

2016 I dealt with this company and was very pleased with the service and reading reviews of how people were treated turned away and snobby. I hope this isnt the case cuz ive bragged about these people for years and just bought a new vehichle and need title tranfer and plates so im sticking with them and will review my experience after my business is or isnt done!

I would give a 5 star, but many years back, I had to wait in the renewal room for a very long time before someone came to see me. But this is the only place i will ever go for title and transfer! Very fast and easy to deal with since. Great people
