There are nothing but nice things to say about the experience I had with Melanie, she was very thorough, very detailed with the informafion, which is very important considering i am a first time home buyer. She is also very kind and understanding. I would have given this a 5-star review but I had to give it a 4-star because of the issues with Robyn, which made me question if i wanted to continue with the process of purchasing the house. Robyn was very unprepared, asking me to supply the same paperwork that i had given her multiple times, which in turn slowed the process of the closing. I am very displeased with the experience i had with Robyn. Melaine on the other hand was fabulous.
