During the process of understanding whether or not I should move forward with a refi was one that I had many questions/concerns about in terms of understanding whether or not it made sense to proceed(or not). I had spoken with several lenders who were helpful but didn't really take the time like Greg did to demonstrate the impact of moving forward based on my current situation. Greg and team were informative, responsive and pleasant to work with. I really appreciate everything they did to make this process a smooth one!

Dan from Medford was outstanding throughout the entire process! He promised a refinance closing in 3 weeks, and he delivered. I got sizable credits towards my closing costs as well, though this amount will vary from deal to deal/client to client (I did have a an excellent credit score etc). Most of my friends took much longer to process their mortgages. I received personalized service, and felt like I could trust Dan the CEO. Medford Mortgage should be the only place you look for new purchase or refinance needs. I spent a lot of time looking around for a good mortgage package. I tried my bank and credit union, along with other large and small banks in my area. All of these offers were too high or had excessive fees, so I took to the web to expand my search. I found a multitude of options all over the spectrum. Some of the options were too good to be true and quickly "disappeared" after talking to someone on the phone. After speaking with Medford Mortgage, their online offer was exactly the same as what we discussed over the phone.
