I am what I call a mortgage shopper and frequent home buyer. Having purchased and sold 4 homes in the Charlotte metro area over the past 9 years, I have needed the services of a mortgage company. Jeff Muth helped me with a refinance and was very quick to close. He was available to lock the rates right before Thanksgiving day too. Underwriting and closing process was very easy.
