We used the McMahon team for our first home. Eric and Rebecca were great and answered all of our questions in a timely manor. They both are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to make sure you understand everything during the process. Once their assistant took over, there were communication issues. We experienced some trouble getting in contact with their assistant. We were also told serval times we had everything submitted and correct however, the day of our closing, we were advised that we still needed to submit documents. I would recommend speaking directly with the McMahon a week prior to closing to insure that all of the documents are correct and in. In conclusion, I would recommend the McMahons for they are great at what they do.

My boyfriend and I recently closed on a property and worked with Eric, Rebecca and Carmen for our loan. They made the process incredibly easy. We uploaded our documents to a portal and each step was explained. We received emails and texts along the way with reminders of what we needed to upload as well as different documents that required our review & signature. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, especially the loan portion, but the McMahon team really exceeded our expectations. They were always on top of things and were available to us whenever we needed for questions or concerns. Team McMahon was great. No pressure. My wife and I were looking to lower our rate in order to have some options in the coming years of either building on our existing property or a move. Had a phone call with both Eric and Rebecca and they gave us some options and then let us do some thinking.
