Have never pawned, however this is well run, clean place to shop prior to paying retail for almost anything. Much of their inventory is like new and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The best pawnshop in town. Everyone is nice and eager to help the client. They give a lot of time to get your item out of pawn. Jeff, the owner, is super nice.

Easy going, fair, and polite employees. A much better experience then any of the other pawn shops in the area, from now on McKinley Pawn is the only one I will go to.

Always honest and give you plenty of time to retrieve your pawned property. Very professional!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my brand new laptop in and pawned it. When I took it in they turned it on and saw that it was working just fine! I went and picked it up last night I brought it home and charged it knowing it was most likely dead. But after being on the charger an hour it still wouldn’t come on. I called them and they said they could do nothing about it. So I bought a new charger thinking that is what it was but still after being on it all night it would not come on. So I called back and talked to the owner and he said there’s nothing he can do about it and it was my loss.

Love This place I'll recommend anyone to them they are a really really nice staff and will reason with you. They will give you a phone call when your items are almost up they'll give you a chance to retrieve your items

I knew Jeff, the owner, when he was a manager at Office Depot. He rubs a good business. Fair and honest...at least to me. :)
