Would hands down recommend McKinley to anyone buying a home! I was a first time home Buyer, very nervous about all the steps needed to take. I first worked with Paul, then was working directly with Dirk and I couldn’t say better things about either of them! They were both available at any time of the day when I had questions. They broke things down for me when I was confused and made buying my first home as easy and relaxing as it could be! Will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Our goal was to sell the note we had on our home and land. We did extensive research on all the companies out there that offer a buy out. Working with McKinley mortgage was hands-down the best part of our buying/selling/moving experience. My first few conversations with them were with the owner of the company. Then I was moved to working with Dirk Franz who was amazing. He was prompt, always kept you in the loop, very competent, and treated you like a friend - like you were his #1 priority and he personally cared about your experience. Of all the people you work with in this process (realtors, banks, insurance, etc) Dirk felt like the only one truly 'on OUR side'. Outstanding company, outstanding service, outstanding people.

Heard the commercials on 700wlw ATN. Thought could it be real? After a year plus of hearing the commercials and a few talk about them on the air, I called and Melissa (who is awesome and super efficient) immediately helped me. We started the process the same day! Melissa and her team quickly got me refinanced in a month. Reduced my mortgage by about $245 a month while also reducing my interest rate by over 1.75%. So long BOA plus my money gets to stay local. Thats a win win win!!! Yes, they are real! I am very pleased.
