Brendan and his team at McKay Mortgage are FANTASTIC! My husband and I were first time home buyers and were incredibly nervous about the home buying process, but he made it so simple that I wish we would have purchased a home long ago. He and his team are incredibly quick and responsive, worked with our realtor the entire time behind the scenes to make sure our offers were personalized for each home, and explained anything and everything that we didn't understand (which was quite a lot!). The few little hang ups for our specific circumstances were very easily worked through and figured out. We used a VA loan and my husband was in the process of retiring and starting a new career, and they absolutely knew all the little obscure guidelines and time frames that we had to work through in order to meet VA guidelines, and made sure that everything was smooth for us. From the very start, Brendon was with us. He answered every email right away. Weekends or holidays didn't matter, we received a email responses right away. Once we got the initial approval, he handed us over to Matt, again the email response was incredible.
