    After a disappointing experience with another dealership, I continued my search for the perfect Jeep for me. After I researched, I came across McConnell Auto. I honestly was impressed from the start. This Jeep was fully loaded, had all the features I wanted, and affordable pricing. My boyfriend actually made first contact with them and was pleased immediately. So impressed that I traveled 8+ hours to Mobile, AL from SC to purchase. My saleswoman, Tiffany, was very pleasant and knowledgeable while also being helpful. Stan from finance also worked diligently to provide excellent customer service while caring about my future after I left their care. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.     Had a appointment for oil change, tire rotation and had an update recall. Once I arrived was told the update probably wouldn't happen due to tech not showing up that day. After getting truck back noticed the DEF was a to little over half full. I told them I wanted it filled. Called dealership and left message for serviceman to call me back but never heard for anyone.     The Service Department that saved vacation! On our travels from Dallas to PCB, our vehicle started having transmission issues. Even though they were slammed, both Greg and Tyler did everything possible to get our vehicle evaluated and, ultimately, fixed to get us on our way. I cannot thank this group enough for putting our safety first and taking care of us when were were nine hours from home. I would recommend them without hesitation!

    Bad experience. They’re only concerned with pushing their financing options (which aren’t good deals financially). If you have preapproved financing they won’t take it. The salesman pitched their financing and said he had to put that option on the table, then lied and said if “ if you review our financing and don’t like it that you can go with your own financing option”. But, after listening to their options that weren’t good deals at all, we exercised our option to use our own financing. Then we were told we can’t use our own financing even after the salesman made it clear that we could before if we don’t want to use theirs. Lies!!!! I wouldn’t do business here or recommend anyone doing business here! If I could put half a star I would!!!!!

    Excellent experience buying a vehicle at McConnell for my 3rd time. Made the process seamless. Ask for Brent Waldron. He knows the ins and outs of every vehicle. Not a pressure salesman. He gives you the best price he can do and then let's you make a choice. Always thorough on followup even after the purchase has been completed. Followed through with sending information in a timely manner. Did not badger me with high pressure sales tactics or underhanded behavior. He represented your establishment well as I expect my employees to do for my business.     Just bought a 2019 used car McConnell. After three days I had an issue with the battery. Called about issue and was told to bring the car right in for service. They were exceptional in their response. They put in a new battery within 30 minutes. Peggy OBrien is a wonderful salesperson. Highly recommend this dealership. 9

    My wife and I had our eye on a 2017 Highlander SE in stock here. I looked up info on it using Autolist app and noticed it had a rollercoaster of price change. With this, it had been on the market for 5 and a half months. When test driving it, it was nice but had very high mileage for what they were asking. They didn’t even really want to negotiate when we asked for a lower price. I understand the market fluctuates but if you’re wanting a car that’s been on the market for 5 and a half months to go, you’d be willing to negotiate. Only reason it has 3 stars is due to the good things I hear from time to time. Being this is my only time interacting with McConnell, I may give them a try. My wife and I bought a 2017 Highlander Limited at a better price and lower mileage that next day from a different dealership.

    I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle, go speak with "Gump" before you make a purchase! He is very straight-forward and will go above and beyond, more than anyone we have ever dealt with before, to ensure you are beyond satisfied! He too the time to make us feel special before even making the purchase. Once the truck arrived on the lot, he set aside a time that worked best for us, to show us all the details of the truck, explain all the features and then even called the next day to check on us! Wow! The gentleman, Ken, that handled our financing was superb too! Ken was amazing and took extra time to answer all our questions! When people say, it was the easiest vehicle buying experience they've ever had, I must agree! It was such a positive experience to purchase a vehicle from McConnell Automotive!     I called early afternoon to verify the vehicle was at the lot. Brent advised me it was and I was wondering if we could talk about some quick estimates over the phone and he advised me that it would be better to bring in my trade in so they can look at it. I packed up my family made babysitter arrangements on short notice and drove to mobile from Pensacola. The dealership closes at 6pm we didn't arrive until almost 5pm. Brent did an amazing job. And we were able to take a test drive. When it came to the finance dept Danny was calm and courteous. After an hour of trying to figure out what finance options we had we came to an agreement. Brent explained the vehiclebefore I went home. Not even 24 hours of owning the vehicle I looked at the truck in my driveway and there is damage on my less than 100 mile truck on the bed behind the passenger side rear door. I'm currently speaking to my salesman Brent about it but I know without a shadow of a doubt I did not hit or run anything over with my new vehicle. Brent informed me that the vehicle has good sound proofing and I could've not heard the damage if I ran something over but the damage is so severe the paint is gone all the way to metal and no amount of sound proofing would stop that noise. All in all I feel that Brent is going to help and he is a great person and salesman to have at the dealership.

    Took my truck to the collision center after an accident, this was an insurance claim. The on site estimator (Buddy) came across as very incompetent. I had to actually locate parts for my own vehicle due to him not being able to find them. I had to take it back multiple times for them to try and fix/diagnose the issue. Fast forward 7 months and my truck still has a terrible vibration from the rear end that was not there previous to the wreck. I was told by (Buddy) that he has done everything he was going to do to it and he wasn't going to do anything else and that it wasn't his problem and I need to take it to someone who could fix it.

    Back in August 2020, I was looking for a new vehicle. I remember Brent being super helpful and explaining things like torque and turbo engines to me, when other dealers would have just given me a vague answer and not taken me seriously. It meant a lot, so when I realized I wasn’t happy with the vehicle I ended up purchasing, I came back to Mcconnell, and I have to say that everyone there is so thorough in their explanations of everything, I’ll definitely be using them when the time comes to make my next purchase

    Your sales staff was very professional and went out of there way to help, Brent our salesman took time to show all features on truck. Brent has also checked back with us after sale to see if he could help in any way. I would definitely buy again from MCA because the total time it took from start to finish was about 3 hours. Brent, the sales manager and the finance manager were all very helpful in closing this truck deal. First class service from start to finish!
