Worst experience ever. Completely unknowledgeable and unprofessional. I tried to support a black owned and community business but after turning over all my financial information I a received an incomplete return weeks later with my name and address incorrect. After paying in full and chasing the owner Michelle for weeks she refused to fix my returns, said she would not put her name on them. When I tried to explain that she was costing me thousands of dollars in refund by doing them incorrectly and all she had to was call the IRS to verify that I qualify she refused to even make the call. To TOP the cake I now I just found out someone mysteriously used my information during that time to fraudulently get approved for an $85k loan. Please BEWARE!!!! Too bad they don't have ZERO stars. Don't walk away RUN!!! Update: She also charged me a third time for the 2 returns and just got verification from AMEX they had to removed the invalid charges. I used NEVER received an accurate or usable return. She just keep asking for more and more unnecessary information to uploaded to her "client portal" now I know why.
