Second time that I select MBH Settlement Group, this time for a refinancing and service has been great in both occasions. The team was extremely professional, answered all my questions and while it takes time to sign all the documents, very efficient with the process.

Rich Nguyen guided my wife and me through the closing of our home purchase. My wife and I have closed on four real-estate transactions in the last five years, and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable one of them. Rich is an excellent communicator who answered the questions I asked with confidence and precision, and we finished in an enjoyable and efficient 60 minutes. Rich's sense of humor and obvious focus on understanding his clients' needs made him a true pleasure to work with.
