MBANC was able to finance a property purchase for us with a slightly unorthodox loan on an unusual property which was outside the boundaries of what they usually do. Along the way there were a few times it seemed like it would snag, but each time Alvin worked tirelessly to find a way to get the deal through. He and Helmut could see the value of the property and believed in it but it took a lot of creativity to finally close.

I worked with Will Nork at MBanc and he delivered! From the pre-qual to finish he did a great job overcoming some hurdles so I was able to purchase a vacation condo in Florida. I thought I would have no chance at an approval until I stumbled on MBanc - if you are self employed, you know that most banks simply don’t get it and look at you on paper very differently than your real financial situation. If you are in that boat, ask for Zack Greenfeld at MBanc as he had the smarts and creativity to get it done. A+ service and products! Great people and a Great company to work with on complicated/creative mortgage financing. They were able to close my non-QM loan in 30days which must be a record!

I just had my loan funded. The deal took a while but not because of the Bank but because I have a complicated scenario. If you have a complicated scenario than you are with the right Bank. They spent the time to figure it out not just walk away. The owners care about every customer and every deal. This will be my choice even when my life gets a little less complicated. There is no price for service and business that provide great service when you need it. Five stars just are t enough for the service. Be patient and listen to their guidance.

Sold my property in FL and this was the buyers bank. Easily the work lender I have ever experienced. They delayed the closing by 10 days and werent even able to meet a deadline they themselves set. They had extremely poor communication with both my agent and the buyers agent. Would not recommend.
