Brianna was incredible to work with. My wife is a Realtor and when it came time to start looking for our own property we went with Brianna. From my perspective I was very happy we did. Other professionals I've worked with refused to provide all the details about how certain items were calculated/determined. As someone who deals with numbers it was refreshing to be able to ask questions and get real answers that helped us refine our search without having to send every property over for confirmation we could buy it. I would highly recommend working with Brianna, and I know my wife does as well. =)

I am very grateful for the help MBA provided. As a self employed person most banks where unwilling to grant me the financing I needed to buy my own house. MBA did a NO income verification and closed on time. The only drawback (and the limiting factor for a 5 star Certification) was the high interest.
