Lets start with customer service: atrocious. When you say something to a customer be sure to do it with your undivided attention. Specifically Sagar shah. Worst personal banker i have seen. Can't even stay put for 10 minutes before leaving when we said we'd be back. If i could, I'd find a better bank to do business with.

Probably the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. Seriously, take your money else where and definitely don't get a loan through them unless you like fees.

This branch would not process a money order as all other branches have. Inappropriate and frustrating service

The teller I encountered was not helpful and probably manager has no supervision on staff for customer satisfaction. In one word according to some other customers there, seems this bank dosen't need client!!!
