Awful customer service the man who spoke to me on a phone is not nice ,i will definitely close that bank account ! Never want to deal again with this kind of stuff !! They don’t have locations near Rockford if you need to deposit a cash I have to drive 1:30 minutes to get to a bank location so stupid really don’t like it ,👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
