I love how much this bank cares about the community! Such a fun team running this place!

Every visit is a great one, everyone has been professional and knowledgeable of the products and services. I also love the paintings that pay homage to local small businesses, of course I figured out “Gates” BBQ immediately. Next time your in see if you can pick out one of your favorites!

Overall, there isn't a Mazuma that I don't like or haven't had a decent visit with- appropriately staffed with friendly and knowledgeable people and if ever needing to dispute account charges one of only a few banking facilities that will backdate to 60 days instead of typical 30. Great job y'all.

I'm 26 and have been a member since 2017. My original location is the one on 135th in overland Park. Since moving downtown I have been stuck with this particular location. It is always understaffed and quite possibly ran by the most incompetent bunch I have seen. I get it, you are in The crossroads and all of your employees need to look hip yet sophisticated but I have never once been satisfied by the service I received. They couldn't figure out how to create a transfer from an external bank source to one of my Mazuma accounts (which I had done in the past for a car loan) and they know nothing about small business banking. I was trying to transfer over a large sum of money to another bank via a cashier's check. My question to them about which name the check should be written out to (my personal name or my business name) was answered by "it shouldn't matter." Any business owner knows that it does matter, depositing checks with your personal alias into your business account is a big no-no. So now I'm wasting an hour driving back and forth between banks having the checks and amounts of money in limbo. Another employee that had to reissue the check and when I asked him to deposit a portion of the check back into the original account, he made the mistake I'm depositing the money into a completely different account. So rather than having money in a checking account, all of the money was sitting in a primary share account which you cannot readily liquidate and submit payments. You must transfer it to a checking or savings account which takes multiple business days. And to note on Mazuma on the whole, every single time I have tried to use my debit card since March 2019 it gets declined and flagged as fraud. Every.Single time. I appreciate security and safety as much as the next person, but I do not have time to keep calling customer service when I am trying to run a business and when my employees need to make purchases.

I went to use their ATM at this location 2 months ago & it worked perfectly. Now I am going to leave Mazuma I have been with them 20 yrs & I went to there headquarters & spoke to them about some things & the staff made me feel as if I was bothering them & I advised them I was going to be leaving the bank ounce I found myself another credit union. The girl tells me DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO. I said oh I will. They have NO LOYALTY TO Their members just there own pockets. The way they treat there members is terrible. IM FED UP!! IM WORTH MORE THAN $....

Everyone in this branch deserves a raise at the Crossroads Branch!!!!!!! They are doing extremely good work! High performance.

I love the convenience of Mazuma being downtown on Main. It is close to my home and my job and every staff I have come across there are so kind and professional and the atmosphere is just to jazzy cool! Thank you!

It’s not too big but a lot of business happens inside that little credit union they are short on staff but one of the agents that works there use to work at the same credit union at the federal building near downtown he is more familiar with me so I usually like going to him other than that it’s pretty convenient 😌
