Not a good experience. Will also not recommend it. I had to pay 2 times for the appraisal of my property as their team made a "clerical error", atleast that is what I was told. Why should I pay for it?? The loan officer was not very clear about couple of things. Given the crazy real estate market and short time, I had to go for it. They should make the mortgage process easy rather than difficult as house hunting itself is taxing. I would recommend shopping for other lenders before finalization. Happy house buying.

I worked with Tiffany and I couldn't be happier with the service, knowledge and compassion she and the Leaman team provided. I was not a first time buyer but it was still a very intimidating process. If I ever refinance again (doubtful because Jori got me such a great deal!) or buy another house they will be my first choice.

Amanda and the Leaman Team were great! I got my best rate on a 30 year fixed mortgage after 2 days of shopping around. They were extremely responsive and closed with time to spare. Recently I recommended Amanda to a friend and they also received their best rate. Highly recommended!

They provide excellent customer services, respond quickly (usually within minutes) when I need something from them. Working with Max is like working with your own brother, or your best friends. Recently completed my second home buying experience with the Leaman Team. Amy has helped me through both purchases and she was terrific both times. She had answers to lots of questions about everything home buying related and was able to manage and expedite a fast close with all of the parties involved - I don't think the close would have happened on time without her efforts! I am a real estate investor so I have bought many properties over the course of the last 10 years. Max and his team are, hands down, the best group I have ever worked with. From the beginning, I was very impressed with the software Max used to streamline my application process. What usually takes many hours of tedious work grabbing documents was done in a fraction of the time. After my initial application, Max and his team took over the process. I was kept informed and updated along the way, but they really did the heavy lifting. We hit a snag (I had not filed a tax return so it was really late), but Max stepped in and saved the day. He told me exactly what I needed to do to resolve the issue, we did that, and I got the loan. Oh, and the rate. Best in town I have a come across. It's rare to get great service and excellent pricing, but that's exactly what Max and his team delivered. From here on out, I'm not going anywhere else.

We found Max on Google/Yelp at first and thought... No way... That many reviews and still he has such a high rating? We basically didn't believe it. We didn't want to go through a big bank and the local credit unions were our next best choice. Then, our realtor suggested we work with him without knowing that we had researched him ourselves. We had a introductory call and his rates were not only BETTER than any big bank or credit union, but the turn around time and process was so much easier. The Leaman Team led me through my first home buying experience after I had been disappointed with another lender.
