People at the branch are pleasant enough, but completely useless with customer account issues. It's their phone access only customer service that is terrible. They have no interest in their customers' needs, they give out bad information then give you the run around when you are trying to correct the situation. If I could refinance my loan with them I would in a heartbeat, just to not have to ever do business with them again.

I've never had a problem paying my car payment in the lobby on a Saturday. All of a sudden this weekend those rules have all changed. I cant pay with my card on weekends and its drive thru only. This is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed of all the hoops I'm having to go through to make a payment
