MAX Credit Union Captain Crommelin Rd, Wetumpka

I have been a Maxian (someone who does business with Max Credit Union) :) for 30 years. They don't stop if there is a problem, they go the extra mile to get you the final help you need.

We've been using this bank for years now and have been very happy with it especially compared to our experiences with other banks. Rachel is a pleasure to work with and gave us helpful advice on downloading Card Command since Max isn't partnered with Mint.

Customer service like I've not seen in many years. Love this branch and Misty Colley is so professional and caring. Thank you all.

Went to Deposit money in drive thru on Monday at 4pm. Unfortunately the drive thru was closed as was the lobby. What kind of bank closes both lobby and drive thru at 4pm when most people work until 5pm? A costumer friendly bank from where I moved is open 7am to six pm daily in the drive theu. Pretty sure I will relocate my banking needs since this branch does not have customer friendly hours. Let me guess. Is it because of COVID.

If I could give a zero star I would. The receptionist did not take time to assist me or my mother with a debit card that was issued to us by a different location. The other location forgot to issue my mother a pin number to her new card. I did not notice it until I had gotten my mom to wetumpka al from montgomery. I stopped at a local branch(this one) and I told the receptionist at the front door what happened. Said the montgomery branch forgot to issue us a pin Instead of this woman assisting us. She shrew us away and gave us this phone number to call. I called the number and the guy on the line was a complete idiot! He as well said call this 1800 number on the back of the card. I leave this location goes back to the montgomery location and guess what that 1800 number they kept blabbing about... Oh yeah it had an old telephone listed on the account which caused us to not be able to pull up any information by phone on our file. So calling that automatic number would have been useless anyhow. The woman at the branch downtown montgomery was so nice. She took time with us and changed the pin number for us and updated the telephone number on our account. Same thing this wetumpka location could have done. If not give a new pin they could have just issued a new card with a new pin instead of shewing a customer away. This branch did none of it at all. Did not even stop what they were doing long enough to try to even find out...this place is the worst and I hope that woman who was there at the front door today gets fired and never works at a job in the state of Alabama ever AGIN.....July 3, 2017

Nothing but nice and curiosity. Love here rather than Montgomery office.
