John really looks out for his clients, even after the deal is closed. While his typical market is in the Central Valley, John helped us purchase our home in the Bay Area. He was extremely responsive and very quick to make changes as we shopped for homes in a hot market. A little over a year after our first experience, John reached out to us to ask if we were interested in refinancing, and we worked with him again to lower our rate and monthly payments. He and his team were very fast and efficient, closing our refinance within a few weeks of first exploring refinance options while also giving us some of the most competitive rates.
